Refund policy
Updated 2026-11-04
Every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro didn’t do what you needed, ask for your money back — no long forms.
The guarantee
You can get a full refund within 14 days of any charge: a Day pass, Lifetime, the first payment of a subscription or a renewal.
How to ask
- Reply to the Paddle receipt email, or open paddle.net and find your order; or
- write to [email protected] from the email you used at checkout and mention the date of the purchase.
Paddle, our merchant of record, processes the refund to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
What happens to access
When a purchase is refunded, the Pro access it gave ends. Other paid access you still have — for example another plan — stays. A refunded subscription is also cancelled, so it won’t renew.
Cancelling instead of refunding
To stop a subscription from renewing without a refund, cancel it in your account. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Fair use
Repeated buy-and-refund patterns or other signs of payment abuse may be declined. Asking for a refund or opening a lawful payment dispute is not, by itself, abuse. Mandatory consumer rights in your country always apply.
